1. Trigger Action Type Not Listed
  • The trigger types in the peripheral assistant are preset defaults. In practice, you can customize and fine-tune the settings to suit your needs.
  • Just choose a similar type and adjust the stroke distance freely. Almost any trigger feel can be achieved through customization.
2. Dual- Stage Adaptive Mode Not Working?

Try the following solutions:

  1. Use the AI button quick assi to enable it.
  2. Make sure the BEITONG Game Hall software has been downloaded and installed.
  3. Launch the game from the desktop (rather than from within the peripheral assistant).
  4. Exit the BEITONG Game Hall software, press the AI button on the controller to open the quick assi, select AI Adaptive Mode, and enable it.
3. How to wake up the Switch 2

First-Time Setup

1. Connect the device to your Nintendo Switch using a wired connection.

2. Then pair it with Nintendo Switch 2 via Bluetooth.
After successful setup, you can wake and power on the Nintendo Switch 2 by pressing the HOME button.
