Return & Replacement
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help:
14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If you are experiencing a production issue, we are pleased to offer:
12-month replacement with the same model from the date you received it.

Cancelling an Order
Requirement:
1. Must be purchased from BEITONG Official Store (beitonggloabl.com)
2. Your items have not been shipped out yet.

You are eligible to cancel your order before your items are being shipped. If you want to cancel your order, contact at beitong-oversea@betop-cn.com. We will help you cancel the order in working time.

If you order was stated as shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, we are happy to help you with the returning.

Product Checking
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The Process of Returning/Refunding 
Requirement:
Must be purchased from BEITONG Official Store (beitongglobal.com) 
The purchase must be within 14 days to claim a refund.
