Purchased the 2000 Plus as a combination RV generator and home backup unit. Our electrician confirmed Jackery's specs directly
and commented on their supportive tech support group in confirming certain specs not in the brochure.Solar panels are solid and
the units themselves are easy to operate. The app is also very helpful, however I have to dock one star for the flimsy proprietary
solar panel connectors that are not very sturdy. Standardizing this connection would be a HUGE benefit and allow for more reliable
connections. I understand their desire to sell THEIR panels, but the small connection at the panel is silly. That small issue aside we
are very happy with the system as sold and our electrician is also recommending these units for smaller houses looking to run
backups on portions of their homes incase of power loss.Purchased the 2000 Plus as a combination RV generator and home
